The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies at Sultan Qaboos University organized an introductory trip for international postgraduate students to visit the Oman Through Time Museum and the Wilayat of Nizwa on October 19, 2024. The trip aimed to familiarize students with Oman’s rich civilization, history, and key tourist attractions.

A total of 26 international students participated in the trip, which aimed to introduce them to the country's rich history and civilization, as well as its major tourist attractions in Nizwa. The trip also sought to foster relationships among students and break the academic routine through cultural and recreational activities.

This initiative is part of the Deanship’s ongoing efforts to enhance the experience of international students and facilitate their integration into both the university and the broader Omani community.
